In my one-to-one coaching and Wellbeing programmes we will explore your present life situation to ascertain areas that may or may not be working for you. My sessions involve a combination of guided discovery, discussions, exercises, meditations and weekly reading. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs and will draw on the practices of positive psychology, mindful self-compassion and Reiki to develop a more resilient and happier you. The strategies, exercises and tools used are aimed at helping you to flourish by identifying self-defeating thoughts, emotions and behaviours that prevent you from living your life optimally with purpose and meaning.

We will look at negative thinking traps which can lead to negative feelings and behaviour and explore ways to shift this. We will also use Mindful Self-Compassion to help you silence your inner critic and motivate you to create new habits from a place of compassionate awareness. Positive psychology tools and exercises will help to dismantle gratuitous negativity from your life and increase positive thoughts, behaviour and emotions. I will help you to understand the importance of developing and working with your strengths with the ultimate aim of increasing mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing in your life.
