About me

I studied Law with Psychology and then went on to qualify and practice as a Solicitor in the UK before being called to The Bermuda Bar in order to practice Family Law in Bermuda. From there I moved into the corporate world working for a large global firm where I used my skills as an in-house coach. During this time, my interest and desire to make a positive difference to others increased, leading me to further my studies in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Mindful self-compassion, Cognitive Behaviour coaching and Reiki.

I combine the above practices along with scientifically backed exercises and tools to create workshops and coaching programmes for individuals, groups, companies and communities to help educate and coach others to build happier, successful and more resilient lives.

Why me?

I have navigated my way through my own personal and professional struggles and understand what it takes to build a happier, better life. Compassion and kindness born out of these struggles are at the heart of my practice and drive me to help you learn how to build resilience, reframe your thinking, increase positive emotions, self-love, know your strengths and ultimately flourish. I am passionate about my work and this is translated in my approach and sense of joy I feel seeing my clients thrive.

I will provide you with a safe and nurturing space to explore what makes life better and support you in your journey of wellbeing. You will start to focus on what’s good, increase your positive experiences and make positive life changes which far outweigh the negative emotion of fear of change. I opted for positive change in my life and my courage will hopefully inspire you to exercise your strength of courage to take action in your own life.
